Productions
The adult ensemble, directed by Gabi Baldermann, staged Ulla Kling's comedy Zwoa harte Nüß in 2018. Its next production had to be cancelled two days before the planned premiere in spring 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic; the set was dismantled and stored, and the play was finally performed in November 2022. In 2024 the group staged a comedy in which a celebrity chef takes refuge in a convent.[3]
The youth group Bühnenfeger, led by Kerstin Schönewald, performs in alternate years with the adults, for example Aschenputtel (2019) and Die kleine Hexe (2023).[4] Its most recent production, Eine Woche voller Samstage after Paul Maar, was the last under Schönewald's direction.[5] After both directors stepped down, the group began looking for new directors for its adult and youth sections.[6]
Organisation
It rehearses and meets in the Hauptstraße in Meitingen and performs in the Bürgersaal in the Schloßstraße.[2]
