Dramatische Gestalten e. V. is an amateur theatre association registered in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, that performs in Munich and in Unterschleißheim. Formed in 2013, it does not tie itself to one genre and has staged comedies, a musical play, a drama about depression and an online revue.

History
The group came together in 2013; at its core were former pupils of the theatre workshop of the Carl-Orff-Gymnasium in Unterschleißheim. After two productions, Zwischen den Stühlen (2013) and Leichenfund und Geistesschwund (2015), it was recast in 2017 for Die Akte Noether: Wirrheit oder Pflicht? and has since taken in new members. The association was founded on 28 July 2018 and entered in the register of associations on 15 February 2019. In January 2019 the local press counted 20 members, students, young professionals and one school pupil, who planned to stage two ambitious projects a year. The group's own website gives about 20 members aged 22 to 45.

During the COVID-19 pandemic planned live dates were cancelled. Instead the group produced a Revue of comedy, songs, dance, remote theatre and sketches, presented in four live-moderated YouTube streams in November 2020 and January 2021 with more than 30 contributions by members and guest artists. It returned to the stage in January 2022 with Bandscheibenvorfall, played to audiences limited to 25 per cent of capacity.

Repertoire
The group describes its work as focused on physicality, strong images and closeness to the audience, and experiments with different forms. Several productions were written or adapted by the group itself: Die Akte Noether was a self-written piece loosely based on Friedrich Dürrenmatt's Die Physiker and Urs Widmer's Top Dogs, set in a fictional sanatorium. Des Bettlers Oper drew on John Gay's The Beggar's Opera and Bertolt Brecht's Die Dreigroschenoper and was the group's first production with live music, singing and dance; many roles were cast regardless of the characters' gender. The drama not just sad., written by the group's director, combined Sarah Kane's 4.48 Psychosis with original texts and the complete album Insight by the Munich band Illusive Light. OH HEINRICH!, freely based on Dea Loher's Blaubart – Hoffnung der Frauen, was the group's first production in the round, with six actors on three sofas surrounded by the audience.
