Jugendtheater Wellen is an amateur youth theatre group in Wellen on the Moselle, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. Each year during Advent it stages a well-known fairy tale for audiences of all ages.

History
According to the group's own account, it began when two mothers rehearsed a fairy-tale play with five girls in the village and performed it for the children of the local kindergarten. At the kindergarten's suggestion the play was repeated for a wider audience. Over the following years the cast grew from five to twelve children, with boys joining the girls, the audience from about 100 to 600 spectators and the run from two to seven performances. The group celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2019, which dates its beginnings to 2004; the proceeds of that year's two performance weekends were announced as a donation to a charitable cause.
