The Bunte Bühne e.V. (Bunte Bühne Pohle) is an amateur theatre group in Pohle in the Samtgemeinde Rodenberg, district of Schaumburg, Lower Saxony, Germany. Formed by parents in 2002, it stages fairy tales and other fantasy stories for children and adults each year around the first weekend of Advent.

History
The group began in 2002 with a one-off performance of Rumpelstilzchen by parents for the Christmas party of the village kindergarten. After a repeat performance for the village's summer holiday programme in 2003, the players decided to stage another play for the kindergarten children before Christmas, and continued from then on. In October 2005 the theatre group founded the association Bunte Bühne e.V., registered at the Stadthagen local court on 7 February 2006.

Repertoire
The group, at the time made up of 13 women who also play male roles, chooses fairy tales and fantasy stories and rewrites them in its own versions; its first self-written play, Das goldene Amulett (2005), was based on an idea by a member.
