Klosterbühne Pfaffen-Schwabenheim e.V. is an amateur theatre group based in Pfaffen-Schwabenheim in the Bad Kreuznach district, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.[1] It stages one comedy a year, usually with two performances in November in the village community hall.[2][3]
History
The association has had its own website since at least 2010.[4] In 2012 it welcomed several new members to its acting ensemble.[5] Besides its annual play, it organised a variety evening (Bunter Abend) in 2018.[6]
After a two-year break caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the group resumed rehearsals in 2022 and returned to the stage in November of that year.[2] Its next production, Wo zur Hölle geht's zum Himmel, was announced for 2026.[3]
Repertoire
The group performs three-act comedies, farces (Schwank) and Lustspiele by contemporary German authors of amateur-theatre plays.[2]
